Luv Braces COVID-19 Office Update

Keeping You and Your Smile Safe

Your health and safety is still our top priority at Luv Braces.

Orthodontic treatment still looks a little different for the time being. But we’re working hard to ensure you and our Luv Braces team can safely continue to build your smile.

We value our patients and their families. Our office will strive to continue providing quality care and the same concierge-level service you've come to expect from us, all in a safe environment. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenging times.

Reschedule If You’re Sick

Please reschedule your appointment at Luv Braces if anyone in your family is experiencing any of the following symptoms, or if you’ve come in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Repeated shaking and/or chills

Advanced Technology & Safety Protocols

We’ve installed a new UV air sterilization system and purchased new surgically clean air purifiers. These, combined with our HEPA-grade air filters, eliminate airborne and surface bacteria and viruses building-wide, providing above and beyond protection.

We’ll be wearing extra layers of PPE, including masks, face shields, gloves and gowns. We’re continuously cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day, as we’ve always done.

We’re pre-screening everyone who comes into the office with a health questionnaire and temperature check. Our team has completed additional safety and infection control training.

To promote social distancing, text us when you arrive to check in remotely. We’ll greet you at our front door before heading inside. As required by state guidelines, plan to wear a mask or face covering inside.

Continuing Virtual Care

If you’d prefer to receive a progress check or explore treatment options without leaving home, our virtual care continues to be a great option.
